What we collect

When you submit the contact or newsletter form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and the description of your project. We also collect standard server logs and, if analytics is enabled, aggregated usage data with IP anonymisation turned on.

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
To send the newsletter, if you explicitly opted in
To secure the site and diagnose technical faults
To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to operate this site — our hosting provider, our transactional email provider, and our analytics provider — each under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case contractual retention terms apply. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@hexmorio.com and we will respond within 30 days.
